Groundhog 365 it is. Actually this one was taken today, but it's from the same rose bush that I photographed yesterday. It has the advantage of being just by the front door ;)
The weather was in a fickle mood today; it alternated between beautiful sunshine, and torrential rain. So I thought I'd use that rain to my advantage, and get some nice droplets on the rose today!
Things that grind my gears #1 - an idea shameless nicked from
Family Guy: People who drive down to the end of an on-ramp to a motorway (freeway) at 30mph. Two reasons, firstly merging at 30mph when everything else is travelling at 70mph is stupid and likely to cause an accident. Secondly, the on-ramp I'm talking about is a downhill, so if you use that hill to your advantage, you can save a surprising amount of fuel. Once you've merged, the road goes marginally uphill, accelerating up that is far harder and burns a heck of a lot more fuel. Please use the right hand pedal wisely folks!
